PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We work directly with clients to ensure a successful project from start to finish.

DESIGN BUILD

Unlike the traditional methodology of most project management companies, which involves multiple points of contact for the client (Design Team, General Contractor, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers), our Design Build process involves a single point of contact - saving time, money and stress.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Our experienced Site Supervisors oversee all construction on-site. This ensures safe and efficient work practices and completion of your project on budget and on time. All of our Site Supervisors are trained in OHS standards and expectations. We also have experience working in occupied and VOC intolerant environments. 

GENERAL CONTRACTING

We have established relationships with sub contractors in a variety of construction trades. PRE-DESIGN & PRE-TENDER COST PER SQUARE FOOT EVALUATION

We are able to provide real time costs on a per square foot and per lineal foot basis. Our clear understanding allows us to review what the budget may or should be, based on the clients idea or sketch and follow through to the design stage with updates and reviews.
